No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Skills & Experience • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused. • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. • Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
