Requirements • Experience leading, coaching, or working with youth or young adults (sports, youth clubs, or community schemes). • Full UK Driving License (Essential): Must be willing to drive the school minibus to take students to outdoor locations around Burnley and Lancashire. • Strong behavioural boundary setting, a "thick skin", and an empathetic, trauma-informed approach to supporting vulnerable pupils. • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
