Trainee Paraplanner – up to £35,000 - hybrid A well-established and growing wealth management firm is looking to recruit a Trainee Paraplanner to join their financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career Key Responsibilities: • Supporting Financial Advisers with research and analysis • Assisting in the preparation of suitability and recommendation reports • Gathering and analysing client financial information • Liaising with pension, investment, and insurance providers • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems • Supporting the ongoing servicing of clients • Developing technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection Training & Development: • Full apprenticeship and structured training provided • Support towards professional qualifications (CII / LIBF) • Clear progression path into a Paraplanner role Candidate Profile: • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident communicator with a professional approach • Keen interest in financial planning and wealth management • Previous financial services or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential • Motivated to learn and develop technical expertise
