Job title: Trainee Property Consultant
Salary: £30-35k OTE
Location: Chelmsford
My client is looking for a Trainee Property Consultant, this role doesn't require any previous experience.
Requirements:
• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
• Sales progression
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
