Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Southend - £40000 Salary - $25 - 100k Deals - 200k OTE We are hiring an additional trainee recruiter to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal firms in the US We pay more than anyone else locally, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average. Highlights OTE 200k+ 40k starting salary Daily training Sophisticated customer base i.e. some of the top Law firms in the world! 1000+ candidate leads per week 20+ client leads a week 500 live clients Dedicated BDM team 15% commission - flat rate Top recruiters bill in excess of 100k a month 15 strong support team Total company size 25+ Warm market to work in Things that will put candidates who are not suitable for our environment off • We work very long hours to cover USA hours 10:00 - 20:30 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday • We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day • We have a process that works, which has to be followed • This is a full on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on • (We have just increased our base salary to 40k for trainees) To be considered please apply
