What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping candidates secure exciting new career opportunities within the technology sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building relationships with new and existing clients Identifying and engaging top technology professionals Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls Business development and cold calling prospective clients Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets Building your personal brand and market presence What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who thrive in competitive, target-driven environments and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
