You’ll qualify if you meet ONE of the following: • 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree • 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification • 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as: • Estate agency • Domestic energy assessment • Property management We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation. As a Trainee Surveyor, you’ll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include: • Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations • Attending structured classroom and workshop sessions • Learning how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports • Developing skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software Why join us?
