Due to an exciting period of growth, we have multiple opportunities for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within a key area of our tech digital divisions. TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE: 90% of Searchability's leaders and top billers joined us originally a Trainee! We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market.
