Trainer / Assessor

Job title: Works Based Assessor Job location: Derby Rate: £400 - £500 per day Duration: 2 - 6 months Start date: ASAP Client Summary: Rail Engineering Position Summary: Working from an already established Competency Matrix and Planner, the candidate will be conducting work-based competency assessments with existing staff and reviewing gaps in shop floor skillsets. Roles can include: * Onsite workplace assessments on a variety of practical skill sets such as; Examination of Air system components, Brake systems, Electrical systems. * Working from existing skills matrix to review gaps in crucial skillsets * Reviewing and managing expiring competencies Person Profile/Experience: * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant mechanical/technical subject. * Assessor Qualification (Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, A1, D32) or willing to work towards Contact Information: James Bell Email:
