Job description

Training Coordinator / Office Administration Our client is a well-established mechanical and electrical company operating within the rail sector, delivering high-quality services across a range of infrastructure and engineering projects. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and reliability, they support the ongoing development and maintenance of rail networks, working closely with clients to meet industry standards and project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong administration and organisation skills to play a key role in supporting their day-to-day operations and maintaining training matrix. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring records, reports, and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Booking external training courses. • Process and monitor training, attendance, results, and compliance data. • Ensure staff details are accurately maintained on our client’s in-house system. • Work closely with onboarding teams to assign training and set up learning accounts in a timely manner. • Prepare and organise fieldwork documentation and work packs. • Manage field workers updates, times and sickness records. • Respond professionally to client enquiries. • General office duties. Essential Skills and Experience: • Experience coordinating training within a fast-paced, environment. • Strong organisation and time management skills. • Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word Excel and Outlook. Desirable Criteria: • Previous experience working within the rail sector.
