Job description

Training Coordinator Location: Sudbury Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Working Pattern: Fully office-based Purpose of the Role To coordinate and administer all training activities across multiple training centres, ensuring courses are scheduled efficiently, delegates receive an excellent customer experience, compliance standards are maintained, and revenue targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and manage all training courses. • Process bookings, payments, and training records. • Coordinate internal and external trainers and assessors. • Prepare training rooms, materials, and resources. • Support accreditation audits and maintain compliance records. • Welcome and support delegates on training days. • Manage course pricing in line with agreed guidelines. • Own and maintain the training quote log. • Proactively follow up quotes and convert enquiries into bookings. • Support marketing activity, including social media promotion. • Monitor costs and contribute to training profitability. Key Skills & Experience • Experience in administration, customer service, or training coordination. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. • Commercial awareness and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits • 23 days annual leave, increasing to 24 days after 4 years' service and 25 days after 5 years' service, plus public holidays. • Company pension scheme with Aviva: employer contribution of 5% and employee minimum contribution of 3%. • Death in Service benefit of 3x annual salary. • Private healthcare for the employee following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period (Benefit in Kind taxation applies).
