Transaction Manager Flagship Car Dealership | West London We're working with a flagship automotive retailer that is looking to strengthen its sales leadership team with the appointment of a commercially driven Transaction Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established dealership where you'll play a pivotal role in maximising profitability, supporting the sales team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As Transaction Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the Sales Executives throughout the sales process, ensuring every deal is structured effectively while driving finance and insurance performance. Your responsibilities will include: Structuring vehicle deals to maximise front and back-end profitability. Driving finance, warranty and ancillary product penetration. Supporting, coaching and motivating Sales Executives to improve conversion and close rates. Ensuring all sales are fully compliant with FCA regulations and dealership processes. Maintaining accurate deal documentation and administrative standards. Delivering an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to handover. Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve dealership targets and objectives. We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within a franchised dealership (essential). A strong understanding of automotive finance, F&I products and deal structuring. A proven track record of delivering strong profitability and finance performance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A commercial mindset with exceptional attention to detail. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven showroom environment. What's on Offer £35,000 basic salary. Realistic OTE of £55,000 to £85,000, depending on performance and experience. Company car Five-day working week with weekends on a rota.
