Job description

Hourly Paid Part Time Lecturer in Travel and Tourism £23.26 Per Hour plus £5.54 Per Hour Holiday Pay gross The Role As a part-time hourly paid lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Travel and Tourism programmes within the School of Customer Service Industries. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will be committed to excellence, offering the very highest standards in teaching. What we are looking for You should have a UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a relevant subject or the equivalent in industry relevant qualification and a recognised teaching qualification (or be currently working towards). Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifciations in numeracy and literacy are also essential. You will need current industrial experience in an appropriate discipline and/or up to date knowledge of current industrial practice and experience of teaching a wide range of levels evidenced by high achievement rates.
