H and L Motors is a 3rd generation family business in Twickenham that celebrated its 70th year in 2023. We are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our dedicated team in the new Wheel Refurbishment division based in Esher Surrey. As a Tyre Fitter, you will play an essential role in our operations. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, replacing, repairing, and balancing tyres with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance. We’re looking for a self-motivated and hardworking team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. In this role, you will work full time Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm and benefit from: • Competitive salary • Overtime available • Pension scheme • Employee benefits Key Responsibilities • Remove, fit, and repair tyres on a wide range of vehicles. • Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and safety compliance. • Perform wheel balancing and alignment checks. • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment. • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. About You • Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role. • Full clean UK Driving Licence (Essential) • Extensive knowledge of tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment equipment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Ability to be a team player, under pressure. • Positive and professional attitude • Flexibility to support the wider team when required.
