Urgent Care Practitioner

This is an exciting and dynamic role that offers the opportunity for development and implementation of high-quality services. Previous experience of working in acute services or home treatment teams is desirable, although not essential. We offer excellent staff support through clinical supervision and teamwork. This service is integral to our Urgent Care Pathway and ensures people presenting to acute mental health services receive a compassionate, person- centred assessment and timely care plan.
