Used Car Sales Manager – WirralLocation: Wirral Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 OTE: £65,000+ Uncapped Richard Abson Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager on behalf of a successful, well-established dealership based on the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader to take charge of a successful used car operation, managing a team of five Sales Executives and driving performance in a busy retail environment. The RoleAs Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: • Leading, motivating and developing a team of 5 Sales Executives. • Driving the team to achieve a target of 50 used vehicle sales per month. • Coaching and supporting your team to maximise performance and profitability. • Managing the daily operation of the used car sales department. • Monitoring KPIs and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey. • Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives. The Package • £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary • £65,000+ Uncapped OTE • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm • Every other Saturday off • Every Sunday off • Excellent work-life balance • Genuine long-term career opportunity The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, or experienced Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership. • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team. • A hands-on management style and a passion for delivering results. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A full UK driving licence.
