• Role : User Experience Designer - SC Clearance Active OR SC clearance Eligible • Type : Contract Inside IR35 • Location: Newcastle, UK • Mod of work : Hybrid(3-days in a week) Job Description: Responsibilities: • As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is an essential part of this role. • Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required. • Advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX), User Experience (UX) Research, and User Interface (UI) Design is suggested. • Develop and refine user experience strategies that align with project goals and user needs. • Lead efforts to identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience elements. • Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in user experience design. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and quality standards within the team. • SC Clearance Active OR SC clearance Eligible Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
