UX Designer

UX DesignerLength: 3 Months Location:Hybrid | London Blackfriars OR Abingdon - 3 days a week IR35Status: Outside Design experiences that put users first. We're looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centred digital products used by a global audience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data teams to uncover user needs, solve complex problems, and create seamless digital experiences. What you'll do: • Lead UX activities from discovery through to delivery. • Conduct user research and usability testing. • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs. • Turn customer insights and data into meaningful design decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver great user experiences. • Champion user-centred design across the product lifecycle. What we're looking for: • Proven experience designing digital products and services. • Strong UX research and usability testing skills. • Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences. • Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
