1. Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife.
2. Vaccinator training, or a willingness to undertake this.
3. A compassionate communication style and confidence working with children, young people, families, schools and partner organisations.
4. Flexibility, good organisational skills and the ability to travel across Berkshire localities to support safe, high-quality vaccination services.
