Van Technician vacancy responsibilities include delivering top-quality service, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and supporting the ongoing success of the workshop. Benefits: • Up to £40,000 salary, commensurate with experience • Monday to Friday working hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm • Weekends optional for overtime • Independent van dealership environment with well-equipped workshop • Tools and ramps provided • Supportive team of experienced colleagues • Paid lunch breaks • Opportunities for career progression and additional training Duties as a Van Technician: • Service, diagnose, and repair light commercial vans, primarily lease vehicles • Perform routine maintenance such as brake pads, clutch replacements, and injector repairs • Work independently on assigned vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and safety • Utilise your own tools within a professional workshop setting • Follow health and safety procedures diligently • Manage workshop time effectively to meet targets and deadlines • Assist the team with additional workshop duties as required Requirements: • Proven experience as a Van Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Technician • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering quality work • Respectful and professional attitude with a strong work ethic • Reliable with a stable employment history; no frequent sick leave • Own tools required; workshop tools and ramps are supplied • Residence within commuting distance of Stanmore, Greater London • Flexibility to work occasional weekends for overtime if desired If you are a dedicated Van Technician looking for a stable position within a well-established company, we encourage you to find out more about this exciting opportunity.
