Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess damage following accidents. • Prepare detailed damage reports and estimates using industry-standard software. • Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and workshop teams to provide updates and ensure clarity on repair processes. • Ensure all assessments comply with company standards and insurance guidelines. • Work closely with the repair team to provide technical advice and guidance. • Maintain accurate records and manage assessments efficiently across multiple sites. Requirements: • Minimum of three years’ experience working as a VDA within an accident repair body shop environment. • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle structures, mechanical systems, and repair methods, including prestige and luxury vehicles. • Strong understanding of insurance processes and claims handling. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in industry-standard assessment software and reporting tools.
