Vehicle Paint Sprayer -Croydon- £42,500 + Bonus We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our busy, professional bodyshop in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team where quality workmanship and attention to detail are valued and rewarded. What's on offer • Basic salary: £42,500 • Individual bonus scheme • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00) • Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays Key responsibilities • Prepare, mix, and apply water-based paints to vehicles to a high standard • Carry out all aspects of prep, paint, and polish work efficiently and accurately • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment • Work effectively as part of a close-knit, professional team About you • Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Bodyshop Painter • Skilled in vehicle prep, refinishing, and polishing • Confident working with water-based paint systems • Own spray guns and air-fed mask • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship If you're a skilled Paint Sprayer looking for a stable, well-paid role with a supportive team and a company that rewards quality, we'd love to hear from you.
