Vehicle Technician - Aldershot - £32,000 - £42,000 DOE • £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus bonus for efficiency • Aldershot • Permanent, Full Time • Genuine investment in ongoing training and development, main dealer environment with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, efficiency bonus scheme • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm Vehicle TechnicianCompany Overview: Our client is a well-established main dealer group, working with a number of leading manufacturer brands and supported by an award-winning wider business. Vehicle Technician Role and Responsibilities: • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of manufacturer brands • Diagnosing and reporting faults using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-generated test plans • Following workshop manuals and technical procedures precisely on every repair • Completing detailed technical write-ups electronically to support warranty claims • Liaising with manufacturer technical support to report issues and gain warranty approval • Using integrated camera systems to document faults and report warranty issues to customers Vehicle Technician Skills and Experience: • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 qualified, or equivalent, with hands-on experience • Proven experience within a main dealer or franchised workshop environment • MOT tester qualification advantageous but not essential • Good level of IT skills, confident using online systems and diagnostic software • A proactive approach to learning, keen to develop and grow within the role DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY - APPLY NOW Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
