Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Epsom Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications) Contract: Full-time, Permanent OverviewAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Epsom. This role suits a technician who is confident with diagnostics, enjoys working to high standards, and wants strong earning potential with ongoing training. Key Responsibilities • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment • Complete work efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards • Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation • Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work • Work closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control • Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards Requirements • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (dealer or independent) • MOT Tester qualification preferred (not essential) • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer • £35,000 – £55,000 OTE • Uncapped bonus structure • Manufacturer and brand training • Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment • Career progression opportunities • Company benefits package
