Advantages of this Vehicle Technician role include: • Competitive starting salary from £40,000 up to £60,000 per annum, including group bonus and profit sharing • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with no weekend working • Structured performance-based bonuses and profit share scheme • Regular manufacturer-level training, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology • Supportive and professional team environment focused on quality and career development • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays • Access to online GP services, legal advice, and wellbeing support • Paid overtime opportunities • Company pension scheme, free parking, gym membership, and health & wellbeing programmes The duties of the Vehicle Technician position involve: • Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards • Identifying and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently • Sharing expertise to mentor fellow technicians and support team development • Maintaining workshop safety, quality, and safety standards at all times • Accurately recording all work completed and maintaining detailed documentation • Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency • Supporting dealer-level training and staying current with hybrid and electric vehicle advancements The ideal Vehicle Technician will be: • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent • Proven experience in a main dealer environment, particularly with Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, or similar premium brands • Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and software • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Capable of working independently and within a team • Holds a full UK driving licence • Own tooling required (excluding specialist tools) • Committed to long-term employment and professional development If you are motivated to work in a state-of-the-art workshop with luxury brands and are looking to enhance your career, this opportunity offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive environment.
