Your responsibilities will include: • Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles • Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out efficient repairs • Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts • Managing parts orders and maintaining stock levels • Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards • Working closely with the workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime What We're Looking For • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent experience) • Previous experience working on commercial vehicles, vans or fleet vehicles • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills • Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components • A reliable, self-motivated approach with pride in producing quality workmanship This Role Would Suit You If... • You're tired of dealing with retail customers and price disputes. • You want to work in a professional fleet workshop where the focus is on quality repairs, not selling work. • You enjoy a varied role that combines mechanical repairs with parts management. • You're looking for a secure, long-term position with a respected employer.
