Veterinary Receptionist

Receptionist required for veterinary practice in Grantown area We need a friendly face who will be there to greet our patients and their owners when they visit, is ready to help at the end of the phone or email, and is keen to provide reassurance and solve problems as part of a small supportive team. This role requires someone who really enjoys working with people. Duties include dealing with appointments and payments, administrative and office tasks, handling enquiries via telephone and email, and light cleaning. We are looking for someone who has a warm and friendly manner, good attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be computer literate, able to adhere to procedures and protocols, and comfortable around animals. You should be willing to work as part of a team but also to use your own initiative. A sense of humour is essential! This is a part-time role, ideally to include one full day and some afternoons, but specific hours can be negotiated. Flexibility would be advantageous.
