As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly smile. Duties • Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. • Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge. • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of our guests. • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations. • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively. • Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service outside the restaurant setting. Experience • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must. • Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. • Experience in bartending or catering can be an advantage but is not mandatory. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in our vibrant environment.
