Electrical Engineering Lecturer South West London Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum Reed Further Education are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established college in South West London to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Engineering Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or industry expert looking to move into teaching and inspire the next generation of engineers. The Role As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of electrical engineering courses, supporting learners to achieve their academic and career goals. You will play a key role in curriculum delivery, student support, and continuous improvement within the department. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across electrical engineering programmes (Level 2–Level 5 as appropriate) • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet learner needs • Assess, track, and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback • Support students pastoral needs and promote a positive learning environment • Contribute to course development and departmental initiatives • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and quality assurance standards About You We are looking for a motivated individual who brings both subject expertise and a passion for education.
