The Role As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of electrical engineering courses, supporting learners to achieve their academic and career goals. You will play a key role in curriculum delivery, student support, and continuous improvement within the department. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across electrical engineering programmes (Level 2–Level 5 as appropriate) • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet learner needs • Assess, track, and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback • Support students pastoral needs and promote a positive learning environment • Contribute to course development and departmental initiatives • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and quality assurance standards About You We are looking for a motivated individual who brings both subject expertise and a passion for education.
