Here at GXO Banbury, we’re recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join our team, working in partnership with our customer, The Entertainer. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring stock accuracy across the site.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 23:00 to 07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation by managing warehouse administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring key operational systems are kept up to date
• Communicate with customers, transport teams, suppliers and colleagues, responding to queries professionally and providing timely operational updates
• Coordinate warehouse activities by monitoring allocations, processing cross-dock requests, preparing documentation and ensuring operational deadlines are achieved
• Assist the wider operation when required, including supporting picking, inbound and other warehouse activities to help meet business needs
What you need to succeed at GXO:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or operational environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers and colleagues
• Good IT, numerical and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
• A reliable, organised and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise workloads, work on your own initiative and remain focused under pressure
