Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse Operative Job Type: Temp to Perm Location: Aylesbury Annual Salary: £29,800 with a £2,000 performance bonus We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse experience, who possesses their own transport and is physically capable of handling a demanding work environment. Training on Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) will be provided. Day-to-day of the role: • Start each shift at 6am, working 45 hours from Monday to Friday. Note that shift times may change slightly after the temp to perm period. • Perform various physical tasks involved in the warehouse operation. • Operate and manage inventory with a focus on efficiency and safety. • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in a warehouse setting. • Must possess own transport due to the lack of public transport access to our site. • Physically fit to handle a very physical role. • Experience with or willingness to learn to operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP); training will be provided.
