Production & Warehouse Assistant Vacancy! • Annual Salary: £25,500 + £1,000 Annual Bonus • Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Join a well-established business in Elstree as a Production & Warehouse Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, stock control, or operational support who thrives in a role that blends hands-on responsibilities with administrative and coordination duties. Day-to-day of the role: • Receive, record, and track production samples. • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and department documentation. • Support equipment calibration and maintenance schedules. • Conduct routine process checks in line with company procedures. • Perform stock checks and monitor inventory levels. • Order consumables and departmental supplies. • Archive records and maintain filing systems. • Assist with document control and SOP updates. • Help with rotas and scheduling activities. • Coordinate contractor visits and service appointments. • Take meeting notes and support departmental administration. • Support continuous improvement initiatives. • Adhere to GMP procedures and company policies at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, stock control, or operational support environment. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. • GMP experience is advantageous but not essential.
