Warehouse Operative • Location: Andover • Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour • Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with a successful and growing business? We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Andover. Day-to-day of the role: • Picking and packing customer orders. • Loading and unloading deliveries. • Receiving, checking, and booking in goods. • Processing kitting orders. • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory information. • Assisting with stock control and stock movements. • Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time. • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and workplace organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Essential: • Previous warehouse experience. • Ability to carry out manual handling duties. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to deadlines. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Desirable: • Full UK Driving Licence. • Experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment. • Knowledge of quality management systems. • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. • Valid Reach Truck Licence.
