Warehouse Operative Join a fast-growing, UK-wide furnishing specialist! Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join a friendly, down-to-earth team in a fast-paced environment. The RoleThis is a varied, practical position focused on the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring furniture and items are prepared, handled, and dispatched efficiently to support installations and deliveries. Key Responsibilities • Picking and packing furniture and homeware items accurately • Preparing and protecting stock for delivery (padding and wrapping items) • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently • Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on role is desirable • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to get stuck in • Good physical fitness - comfortable with lifting and manual handling • Strong attention to detail and care when handling products • Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team • Basic IT skills (experience using tools like Google Sheets is a plus) • Easy-going, reliable, and team-oriented personality What’s on Offer • Salary starting from £28,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation) • Full-time: 40 hours per week (typically 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00) • Clear progression opportunities as the company grows • Supportive, ambitious, and friendly team culture Opportunity to join a scaling business at an exciting stage!
