Our planned expansion means we are creating new positions to complement our existing team within our central distribution function. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Derby, to help us keep up with our growth and to maintain our high service performance to an increasing number of customers. Ideally you will have experience in either warehousing or distribution centers, be familiar with Excel, Word and have used Warehouse Management Systems, a forklift license (or a willingness to be trained) is even better. Shifts Early shifts rotating with Late shifts. Early = 7AM-4PM Late = 11AM - 8PM This will include working every other weekend. Your working week could change depending on the needs of the business; therefore, a flexible and positive approach is crucial to your success. Typical tasks will include: · Receiving, checking and sorting newly delivered goods; · Picking, packing and dispatching goods to our engineers; · Stock volume and quality checking; · Sorting Store Returns · General warehouse housekeeping.
