Warehouse Operative Location: Eynsham Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum + Overtime Available Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 | Fulltime We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team in Eynsham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised warehouse where accuracy and quality are valued over speed. You'll become part of a supportive team responsible for ensuring materials and products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including: • Receiving and processing inbound deliveries. • Unloading vehicles and moving stock into the warehouse. • Accurately booking stock using warehouse management systems. • Storing materials safely within designated locations. • Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. • Processing returns and reusable packaging. • Supporting stock control and inventory checks. • Assisting with specialist warehouse activities following full training. • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety. What We're Looking For • Previous warehouse or logistics experience. • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Experience using warehouse or stock management systems is beneficial. • A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team. • Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
