As a Warehouse Operative based in Inverness you’ll be responsible for: • General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch. • Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations. • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00am - 4:00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: • Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment. • A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team. • Industry knowledge - advantageous. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training.
