Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing) – Immediate Start Location: Kingswinford Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Ongoing Pay: £12.71 per hour, early finish every Friday. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and expanding team in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on picking, packing, and general warehouse duties, offering an immediate start and ongoing work. Key Responsibilities: • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently • Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging • Loading and unloading deliveries, including use of FLT • Moving stock safely around the warehouse • Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes • Assisting with stock checks and keeping stock organised • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets Requirements: • Previous experience in a warehouse, picking or packing role • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach preferred) • Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude • Able to work well within a team This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing warehouse work in a supportive team environment.
