Warehouse Operative Location: Newbury 13.45/hr Hours ::00 Contract: Temporary Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! We're seeking an Assembly Operator to join a busy and supportive production team where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing As an Assembly Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are built and prepared to the highest standards. Your responsibilities may include: Packing assemblies and preparing products for dispatch Preparing and populating PCB components for selective soldering Breaking out PCBs from panels using specialist tools Mechanical assembly work, including: • Installing PCBs into housings • Fitting cable assemblies • Completing multi-stage box build assemblies Carrying out functional testing of PCBs and finished products Following work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Positive and reliable team players Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently and accurately to production targets Flexible and willing to learn different areas of the production process Committed to producing work of the highest quality Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, or warehouse experience would be advantageous, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
