Warehouse Operative – Night and Day Shift Available Location: Heston, London Hours: Night and Day Shifts Available - some shifts are 4 on/4off or Sunday to Thursday Salary: Competitive – Dependent on experience We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Picking, packing, and preparing goods to tight deadlines • Inspecting, stocking, and performing inventory cycle counts • Maintaining stock accuracy and updating warehouse management systems • Scanning and handling documentation accurately • Adhering to processes, KPIs, and compliance standards • Handling Dangerous Goods (DG) materials safely • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For: • Previous warehouse experience • Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Maths and English qualifications • DG training and forklift/MH experience advantageous but training can be provided to the right candidate.
