Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start North Baddesley, Southampton | £33,000-£35,000 per annum | Temp to Perm Opportunity Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join one of our well-established clients based in North Baddesley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business. Please note: Our client will be relocating towards the end of the year. This role is therefore ideal for candidates based in the Winchester area, or those with their own transport. The Role: Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: • Picking and packing customer orders. • Booking in deliveries and checking incoming goods. • Preparing orders for dispatch. • Organising and replenishing warehouse stock. • Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks. • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse. • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily targets. Working Hours Current location (North Baddesley): • Monday to Friday • 08:00 - 18:00 Following relocation: • Monday to Friday • 09:00 - 18:00 Salary & Benefits • £33,000-£35,000 per annum. • Monthly performance-related bonus after three months. • 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. • Full training and ongoing support. • Monday to Friday working - enjoy your weekends free. • Immediate start available. What We're Looking For • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable with excellent timekeeping. • Own transport is highly desirable due to the current location and planned relocation to Andover.
