Warehouse Supervisor Reporting to: Warehouse Manager & Deputy Warehouse Manager Hours: Full-time Salary: £14.19 per hour The Role We are looking for a proactive and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and play a key role in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading, to ensure timely order fulfilment • Manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods • Supervise and support warehouse operatives, driving productivity and meeting daily targets • Allocate tasks effectively and monitor team performance • Train and onboard new employees, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards • Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies • Maximise warehouse space and operational efficiency • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and solution-focused service • Participate in staff development, reviews, and company initiatives • Work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines • Escalate issues where necessary and communicate clearly at all levels • Complete all mandatory training and comply with company policies About You • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Excellent communication and team management abilities • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement Additional Information This role description is not exhaustive and may evolve in line with business needs.
