Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader Location: Training in Warrington - role to be located in Skelmersdale or Widnes Pay Rate: £13.30 p/h Hours: Working 5 out 7 days - flexibility required Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks) Experience: 6 months minimum working in a warehouse - essential Assist Resourcing are looking for Warehouse Team Leaders in both Widnes and Skelmersdaleto work with our client who are a well known third party logistics supplier. Your training will be completed in Warrington, and your place of work will either be Skelmersdale or Widnes, depending on your selection. You will have experience in and be able to: • Lead a team of up to 30 people • Lead shift briefings and manage staff performance • Oversee goods-in, storage, pick accuracy, and dispatch to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction • Organise daily work plans and ensuring proper equipment availability for your shift • Daily coordination with Transport, Stock Control and Admin teams This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills. About you: You must have at least 12 months experience working in a similar role. You will possess strong leadership skills and have experience using Warehouse Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation. Interested?
