Warehouse Team Manager | M-F 2:30pm - 11:00pm | Retail | c£33k I'm currently partnering with a retailer who are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Manager to join a busy distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and motivating a team to deliver excellent results. About the Role As the Evening Warehouse Team Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation on a 2:30pm - 11:00pm shift, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and the team works safely and productively. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support warehouse operatives throughout the shift. • Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities. • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational priorities. • Ensure stock movements, replenishment and returns are completed accurately. • Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse. • Coach team members and help drive continuous improvement. • Report operational issues and provide updates to warehouse management. About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics team. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. • Experience working with warehouse management systems is desirable but not essential. Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) • Additional hours and Saturday may be required during peak trading periods.
