Waste Water Networks Trainer – UK Wide Salary: £38,000–£48,000 (DOE) Location: UK Wide / Remote with travel Contract: Permanent Are you experienced in wastewater networks and looking to step into a rewarding training role? Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a leading water-industry training provider for a Waste Water Networks Trainer to join their growing team. About the Role This opportunity is ideal for: • Experienced trainers with wastewater knowledge • Industry professionals from wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control who want to move into training (full trainer development provided) You’ll deliver high-quality training to apprentices and operational staff across the UK, helping develop the next generation of wastewater network operatives. What You’ll Be Doing • Deliver engaging training on wastewater networks, sewer systems, blockages, pollution prevention, and operational safety • Assess learner competence in line with apprenticeship and industry standards • Support learners with technical and practical development • Ensure training quality meets regulatory and awarding-body expectations • Contribute to course development and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For • Background in wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control • Strong understanding of network maintenance, blockages, and environmental compliance • Training/assessing experience welcome but not essential • Confident communicator with a passion for developing others • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What’s on Offer • Competitive salary • Trainer development programme (AET/TAQA support if needed) • Career progression within a growing training organisation • Opportunity to shape the skills of future wastewater professionals How to Apply If you have wastewater network experience and want to move into training, or you’re already a trainer looking for your next step, we would love to hear from you.
