Wealth Administrator

Recruit UK is supporting a well-established and growing financial planning firm in the search for a Wealth Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Administrator looking to take on a more senior position, supporting advisers with complex client cases while helping maintain a high standard of service across the administration team. Responsibilities Include: • Process complex new business, policy changes, transfers, withdrawals and valuations • Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners • Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back-office systems • Liaise with providers to resolve complex case queries efficiently • Review work, share knowledge and provide support to junior administrators • Ensure all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures Benefits: • Salary up to £38,000 DoE • Hybrid working • Full or part-time considered • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service up to 30 days • Performance-related bonus • Private healthcare Requirements: • 2 years' experience in an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or similar Wealth Management support role (Required) • Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products • Experience processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and ongoing servicing requests • Confident using CRM and back-office systems (experience with SJP systems advantageous but not essential) If you're an experienced Wealth Administrator looking for your next step, we'd love to hear from you.
