Welder Fabricator

Multi Task Recruitment is recruiting experienced Fabricator Welders on behalf of a busy and well-established engineering company based in Clitheroe. If you have a background in structural steel or heavy fabrication and take pride in producing high-quality workmanship, this is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team working on a variety of heavy engineering projects. The RoleWorking within a professional fabrication workshop, you'll be responsible for manufacturing structural steel and heavy fabrication components to a high standard, using engineering drawings and industry-leading fabrication techniques. Key Responsibilities • Fabricating structural steel and heavy steel components from engineering drawings • MIG welding to a consistently high standard • Measuring, marking out, cutting and assembling steelwork • Operating fabrication machinery, hand tools and workshop equipment safely • Carrying out quality inspections to ensure work meets specification • Working efficiently as part of a skilled and supportive fabrication team What We're Looking For • Proven experience in structural steel or heavy fabrication • Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work • Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team What's on Offer? • £18.12 per hour • Long-term opportunity with a respected engineering business • Monday to Friday working • Weekly pay • Support from the dedicated Multi Task Recruitment team throughout your assignment • Opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate If you're an experienced Fabricator, Welder, or Fabricator Welder with structural steel or heavy fabrication experience, we'd love to hear from you.
