WIndow & Door Order Processor £33-35k DOE Previous experience of processing window & door quotes & orders is essential All applications will be responded to within 48 hours MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Window Order Processor to join an established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors based in Essex. Order Processor Administrator role: • Joining a small but dedicated order processing team and working with the wider team in an open plan office you will respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice as required • Check specifications and process accurate window and door quotations and orders using Business Micros Evolution window processing system • Checking prices and sending orders to 3rd party suppliers • Maintaining great relationships with customers and suppliers • Wider administrative support including answering incoming calls, responding to customers., following up quotes and updating customers Skills & Experience: • Previous experience of order processing windows and doors using business micros system (or similar) is essential • An understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations • The successful candidate will be methodical, accurate & efficient in approach and have great people skills • Own transport is highly advantageous Salary: • Salary band is £33-35k depending on skills & experience • Hours of work are either or Monday to Friday • 28 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
