Workshop Controller Yeovil £35,000 – £40,000 Company Benefits The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established dealership in Yeovil. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the link between the workshop and front-of-house, driving performance while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop • Allocate work efficiently to Technicians to maximise productivity • Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are met • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards • Support and motivate the workshop team to achieve targets • Liaise with Service Advisors on work progress and updates • Maintain health & safety standards across the workshop • Assist with quality control and final checks where required About You • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician ready to step up • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Ability to manage a busy workshop environment • Excellent communication skills • Good technical knowledge across a range of vehicles • Full UK driving licence What’s in it for you? • Competitive salary with bonus potential • Stable, reputable dealership environment • Career progression opportunities • Supportive management team
