Workshop Manager - Vehicle Maintenance

You'll be responsible for workforce planning, labour control, workshop performance, WIP management, health and safety compliance, recruitment, coaching and developing your team, while working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with a Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance, together with previous workshop management experience within the commercial vehicle, automotive or fleet maintenance sector.
